ANYone with these following issues? Just me? If I got a faulty device, how can I complaint? I raised an issue in Umidigi support but after a few almost auto replies, they stopped responding. To whom do I compliant?
1 - Network issues
1.1 - In the same places (eg. my office) and same network where my old samsung J5 has no problems to make calls, my new umidigi power 3 is permanently losing connection: I cannot make calls, lots of times people who call me and get the message I am off the network, when I make a call, the voice is intermitent cut all the time
1.2 - same with mobile data - in places I have good data connection with old samsung J5, this new mobile struggles SIM card Operator is Vodafone Portugal Attached some APN settings
2 - Too often the voice using whatsapp doesn't work and to make it work I need to put it on loudspeakers and back in normal
3 - When I plug my car's radio columns (only output through columns) the mobile is not able to understand that it is only sound output and thinks I connected headphones and stops listening to the micro > nobody hears me. All previous phones worked perfectly - think this is a software issue > software should distinguish from being connected to radio columns (needing to keep receiving voice input through mobile micro ) vs to headphones (will delegate sound output and voice input to the headphones).
4 - When I listen to music, the "S" sounds are reverberating
5- on mobile hands free functions, others complain that they cannot hear me and I need to approach the mobile from my mouth. If I place the mobile on the table where I am sitting by, they cannot hear me properly.
Fix these 5 things and I'll be very happy. It will be a great telephone Don't fix it and I'll want my money back - even though sad because appart from these issues (that unfortunatelly are not minor issues), I am very happy. |
