Hi, I've ordered F2 on 11'th of novermber at Banggood, I've received it few days ago. Will I get free Upods, as statement on Umidigi Facebook says? And from whom? Banggood or Umidigi directly?

Hello,
I have my F2.
I have problem with my speaker. When the phone is ringing or playing music it stops after 10-15 seconds, only vibra continues. What could be the problem?

Changed Service providers today and my F2, has a Privacy Protection Password issue.
I sure wish I knew how to straighten this out.  Putting the original SIM back in did not help either.

Sure could use some help on this.

Hi, I am using AT&T in US.  I just received my F2 this week.  After setting it up, everything appears working fine except mobile hotspot.  I can configure and enable mobile hotspot, but after connect my computer to the hotspot, there is no internet.  Seems that it is not resolving any DNS names, and not able to ping anything on the internet. I tried setting my DNS to 8.8.8.8, but still doesn't work, can't even ping 8.8.8.8. I can still access internet on the phone itself, but not with the computer connected to the hotspot. Please help!

Anybody else has this same issue?

I'm very pleased with the phone, the innovative fingerprint location on the side, very practical and works great. The camera is fantastic, so many options and great portait effect.

I can't find one important thing with the setup of the Android 10: I can't add an extra user. I think I'm the first one asking this question. I know very wel where to look normally on Android phones. Noirmally you can do this: Settings->System->Advanced->Multiple users
Howver, in the settings of this phone you can go to:
Setting->.. but no Advanced ... no Multiple users

I think this setting can be done by the great UMIDIGI team by changing this?

Under Setting my phone is constantly promoting 3 of the following

- Set Night Light schedule
- Customise your Pixel
- Add emergency information
- Add another email account
- Extend calls with Wi-Fi

How can these requests be stopped?
