Nope nothing happens.
When I connect the phone after steps 1,2,3 all i see is a battery indicator ...

Okay i am going to switch to trying the ROM flash with my laptop (also windows 10 but at least it is a different computer).

Isn't there a problem with vibrations ?

Same for me - the vibration is so light I can't feel phone ringing in my pocket.
Also, I wasn't able to find any configuration for the vibration level, just the 'Also vibrate on calls'.

I just flashed this ROM. It's much better with MS Launcher and without crapware.

Hey Guys,
if my battery is at 15% or lower the phone stability decrease a lot. If i change the battery saving settings from "regular power saving" to "smart power saving" or "utra power saving" and then back to "regular power saving" the phone works normaly again... It starts when the phone says there is only 15% battery left. Is this a bug?

No, since the ROM is encripted, no way to flash supersu nor magisk

I gave up trying to flash the ROM, just does not work.

But I will keep the phone, the specs are so nice. I have disabled adware and have two anti-malware apps running. I also disabled updates, disabled Umi store auto update, disabled PLAY store autoupdate apps.

No, the hardware of the two modells is completely different, they are not compatible.

Hi,
Your phone should be compared to another one of the same model or that's hard to tell whether your vibra motor is weaker than it should be or not. Normally it's not the stronger one but definitely noticable. You can check the vibra motor separately in the factory testing. dial *#*#33#*#* then select single test and vibrator.
