If you've lost your original IMEI numbers, you should recover them with SN Writer Tool. Please make it done, then try again.

mines working fine?
only issue ive found is that camera settings which isnt an issue to me

Have you received any notifications? how the phone is locked nothing is visible (unreceived calls, email etc.)

okay, so ive been trying every thing you guys suggested, about flashing the phone, when i connect it to the PC whilst turned off,
ive tried to press Volume UP + Volume Down,,, Volume DOWN + Power button,,, Volume UP + Power button,,,, Volume UP + Volume DOWN + Power Button, and the Power Button on its own, pressing all of them longer than 10 or maybe even 20 seconds.

but the SP FLASHTOOL just wont start downloading at all!
i have tried to install and reinstall all the drivers you could possibly need.
im using windows 10, could that be an issue?
im so confused, because i remember it working on the Umi Super and Rome.

PLS help? im getting desperate ( have been at this for over 5 hours every day, for the last 3 days )

I had the same problem with one of my computers It would not recognize the powered off phone. (powered phone it would recognize)
I tried on another computer and it started installing the driver all by itself and recognised the powered OFF phone. (This is a must)

Unplug the phone from the computer before using the flashing tool.

Then flashing tool should be used to start the download process first and then hook back the phone to the computer. That's when it will start downloading.

For me the InCallUI stopped message did not go away even when unofficial ROM was flashed. (tried download only flash, and upgrade + download flash), did not format

I flashed back the officaial ROM and I am returning back my phone. In anycase it is stupid to do these steps to a new phone out off the box!

I have eventually managed to flash this rom using a windows 7 pc after several failed attempts using a windows 10 pc, this rom is a huge improvement over the stock rom.  The main problem I have is no visual notifications I get a audio notification for email/whatsapp etc but nothing on the notification bar so i have to go into the app to see if i have any messages.
I have to say I am disappointing by the phone, hardware wise its great but its OS has really let it down and i dont feel i should be having to flash a new rom myself manually to be able to get something i can use.
Please release a vanilla version of Android 7 for this phone as i am strongly looking at returning the phone.

Hello guys , the problem of Windows 10 with smartphone drivers And some programs have been known for a long time ... your smartphone can work very well and maybe even the program but If the device drivers are not recognized it is a big problem It must be remembered that not all PCs are the same too  A processor difference can create problems in recognizing a device As a computer technician I suggest you use Windows 7 or Windows XP Possibly in 32bit version I hope to have been helpful hello Francesco (Sorry for my terrible english)
