Especially that you mentioned that this happened after last update I can advise you to use SPFT and flash latest firmware but if this not solve your issue then flash previous firmware.

I tried to Flash it but I always get an error. ERROR: STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH
I tried to many things to fix this error without to success.

Do you have any other suggestion? Cann't Umidigi behave as a resposible and seroius company when there dealers are as bad as GearBest?

Did you follow SPFT tutorial?Also did use correct firmware?
Did you install drivers on your PC?
Which firmware you have installed already on your device? (settings - about phone - build number)

After receiving my phone on Tuesday, one day an a half, the screen stopped working while the phone is working. You can see that the phone is still working because of the notification light, it vibrates when I touch the fingerprint ID, it makes the sound when I press to make a screenshot and it even sounds the alarm I set when it was working properly. What should I do? Could it be something to do with the ROM?

The seller doesn't want to give me a refund, which I find really unfair, as is a poor quality phone!

Bought the Z1 Pro on Gearbest.com and shipped to Switzerland. The phone is in use since last night. Set up, all good until I used it with very standard applications until the phone froze on TuneIn radio and eventually screen went black. Now phone does not turn back on and only displays the red light when charging. I tried pressing power button short, tried pressing it long, tried in combination with "volume up", but still no change.
I am frankly appaled of this. Obviously the cost of having the phone shipped back to China is not an ideal option and reading feedback from Umidigi Sales does sound very discouraging.

Has anybody experienced leniency on returns through Gearbest?

I followed the tutorial maybe be 100 times until now with the same problem.
The most annoying thing is the USELESS customer service both by UMIDIGI and GEARBEST. Worst dealer on the internet.
Before I got the update which caused the loudspeaker problem, I was recommending others to buy UMIDIGI. Now I'm going to do the opposite.
Really thank you for the disappointment.

Yes, they refunded me USD110 after 4 month of use....

We always recommending contact to seller firstly.
If seller not giving satisfactory solution then you can follow our recommendations.
Every seller have different warranty roles so you should read before doing anything.

Well, In my case, I wrote up, does not matter the seller, It is clearly a factory problem, as the screen only lasted working properly less than one day. What should I do?
