Go to settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates.
I did say that this is not FOTA update as this is full firmware and needs to be OTA.

OTA files are already on servers but I don't know when your device get uodate.

''The OTA update was really pushed out and a bunch of users have already received it but our engineers found some serious bugs lately, that were not appeared in the testing phase, so they've suspended the availability until they fix the issues. It will be available again soon. We are sorry for your inconvenience.''

It's amazing how they found a "bunch of bugs", when BB claimed the latest beta to be "almost bug free" LOL
