My Super Euro Edition is shipped with UMI SUPER V3.03_20160804 but I don't get any FOTA update.  How can I keep my device up to date?

Please, could you help me ? I've heard that two different touchscreens have been made for the Umi Super, my phone had a screen problem so i gave it back to China and today i received it.
I tried to flash my recovery (TWRP recovery for Umi super), everything is working fine, my phone isn't bricked, on my rom everything is working fine, but... When i'm starting the recovery, my touchscreen is inverted and i can't do anything, i'm unable to flash and to go to any settings inside the recovery with that problem.. , If you have any solution, please tell me, thank you so much !

for recovery i recommended to use  TWRP 3.0.2 for UMI Super - based on UMI SUPER.V3.02_20160825 firmware;

Camera app is part of whole software file so TWRP will not help you. Name of file  on SPFT is android/system. So when you open SPFT and add scatter file and open you will get direction for that file. But you can check size of files. With old camera app is 1.91GB on 20160708 software and with new camera app is 2.0 GB  on 20161017 software.

I am not program writer and my experience is not to high that why I don't see possibilities to swap only camera app or dialer. I don't see option in SPFT and TWRP to do something like that. Maybe if you have pure app then you can attached to software (ROM)  but probably still you need way more experience and special software to do this.
