We should get this ROM soon. So if you are interested to get from official page please keep looking here.
We would recommend replace ROM in case any viruses added by somebody.

I mean what type of flash you use, download, format+download or upgrade?
And what you uncheck in sp flash tool?

Perform factory reset. Use OTG adapter and use computer mouse to go too settings - backup and reset - factory data reset.
If still doesn't working use SPFT and format + download latest ROM. After format you need use SN writer to restore IMEI numbers.

Did you use Format + download option???
Please try other ROMs too
