I tested single test. Microphone 1 and microphone 2. Both records fine. Microphone 1 & 2 right?!!Please check into the software . seriously I bought this because the first phone umi super. Please look into it.. Thank you in advance..hope for a result...

My Z2 pro has security issue with pin and pattern but the password allows the phone function normally in addition to no security installed (just swipe to start phone).  Am I one of the lucky few who has a working Z2 pro?

My mic works fine.  

Karthikeyan's Z2 pro may have a defect with the mic and that should be sorted with the seller as the mic problem does not appear universal with every Z2 pro.

Just received my Z2 pro ceramic edition, I must say it's an nice looking phone but unfortunately I can't use it because the simcard tray won't come out. Just asked for a refund on GearBest.

After some struggle I got the simcard tray removed from the device and till now it's working fine. Still on 0823 and I'm not planning to update to 0830

The sim card tray of a new phone, just like the USB charging cable, is always a tight fit.  It gets better after being shifted around a few times.

This was a very tight fit then, needed to put some pressure on the screen and back to remove it.

So far, from the Specs i care about and that were the Choice for this Model, the following dont work or are nowhere seen (with Firmware 09-20) :
- WLAN AC (no dual Band funtioning at the Moment and not the Speed of AC Standard)
- 4k Video Capture
- 15W Wireless Charge (5W max)
- 18W Quick Charge (9W max)
- Dual LTE in both Slots (i can only choose what Card to use for LTE, the other one works as in any other Dual SIM Phone and is idle until you switch manually)

I really hope you Guys have that on your List and are working on it with Software Fixes. If it is a Hardware Issue (i cant think of anything why the Charging is so slow), the Phone is coming right back and no more Umidigi Phone is bought again, especially with the current Support.

After reading your post I checked the ac wifi connection with my z2 pro.

My Z2 pro does managed to work with the dual band connection after the new update 920.  The ac apparently only available in 5Ghz.  I recorded  72Mbps for 2.4Ghz and 433Mbps in 5Ghz so my Z2 pro does respond to the ac connection as I check it with a laptop showing the 5 Ghz was transmitting 300 to 500Mbps when using a ac-enabled dongo.  Without the ac-enabled dongo my pc picks up only 144Mbps in both bands.  The conclusion is if your  Z2 pro is able to work on 5Ghz band it may be possible to communicate to the ac protocol.

I did have to "forget" the 2.4Ghz connection to force my z2 pro to work with the 5Ghz.  Once it got through I can then switch the bands around.

That is exactly the Problem. My Phone could connect only with Update 09-14 to 5Ghz at all. All Steps to get it to do that were performed of course. I did forget it everytime and restarted the Phone several Times but it just doesnt do anything when trying to connect.
In the same Context it too didnt switch between 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz automatically, such as when you walk out of the 2,4Ghz Radius and into the 5Ghz in Areas where there is a huge Difference. It only worked when i turned off the 2,4Ghz Band from my Accesspoint completely so the Phone didnt have a Choice.
As for Speeds i have some Similarities to you, as in 2,4Ghz it wont come to more than 72Mpbs Link Speed and in 5Ghz it was at 200Mpbs (with 09-14 FW). Still only Parts of the Speed that should be possible.
