There is no glue or double sided tape, only small plastic clips all around. First open is always very hard, but this is showing good assembling and build quality.
You can use two suction cups or special pliers with suction cups.
It cat be a hw problem as everyone has the same issue it works with the umi shipped ROM but not with the basic ROM. I used it perfectly with the shipped ROM since flashing the basic nothing. Whats annoying is that i want to buy 70 of these phones for my employees as the battery is amazing but without the stability and fingerprint im going to have to look at alternatives like eephone or vernee
tried this and tested the fingerprint scanner and received the message "fingerprint hardware not available".
How do we get the fingerprint scanner back/ hardware found?

I just recived my S2 pro & update it with 27 DEC. & 18 JAN. I unpack system to delete system launcher & repack it again to flash.. after that fingerprint dosen't work but appear in system menu, I flashed some ROMS & nothing fix fingerprit... PLZ how to fix it & returt it work ?? I did everything to fix it but no ROMS fixed
