Umidigi S2 won't start

Hi! My Umidigi S2 Pro turn on and boot on "Factory mode" once i connect usb interface! I'm thinking to try to flash my smartphone with SP Flash Tool? There's any risk? Is it a good idea?
I've read that the smartphone must be turn off during the flashing process.
I have no idea how to solve the problem.

Please keep pressing power button until your phone switch off.
Then you can restart phone.
To flash ROM you should use this instruction

So if the phone turn on just connected to usb of my PC at the beginning of the flashing process , is there no hardware risk?

same problem here how is this even posible? 3 days of use and it wont start? 3 days fellas and now what?

\n\nMe too, I received a new emidigi s2 phone, it look good and I was happy...put it on the charger came back press the power button, the excitment was "OVER" not able to  switche on ... piece of crap!
it seem I'm not the only one and now, I'm chasing the saler to refund me since over 2 weeks
bought it online to DX.com. Damn... forget about those fake review!!!

my S2 pro arrived and it never start... just a red light but nothing on the screen, no factory reset .....nothing won't start ???????????

Go to your Bank and ask for a reverse charge under your consumer right (banking system) you have time limits depending of your card for example Visa debit in UK is 4 months ... renew you card details as well so they cannot try to still the money back from you.
DX.com completely ignored me despite sending clear messages. the mobile is in the box untouched since it doesn't work! still waiting after 5 months for a return envelope!
