I mean I can't compare with the past since 3G was never used. However now I was browsing with a Plus E forced to 3G for about half an hour but I didn't experience any connection issue. Moreover, comparing to 3 other UMI smartphones, the Plus E had the strongest 3G reception.

Here a Plus is on Telekom, Plus E and Note C on Vodafone and a Super on Telenor. No 3G network on Telenor.
Haven't you changed some settings in engineer mode or in test mode?

Sometimes it works for a long time normally, but it happens every 5 minutes freezes.
For some reason, it often happens when 2 SIM cards are installed and working.
Try to actively use the Internet. Open sites, videos, etc.
Please specify which settings do you write? Tried to disable various frequencies in the engineering menu, but did not affect.
Are these problems possible due to updates over the air?

If you faced this issue only after the latest (or any) update, and you updated ony via OTA updates, you should try to flash this ROM with the flash tool.

Please try to test your phone without SIM cards. If no more crashes, test your phone with a different SIM card.

Excuse me, but how to check mobile Internet without a SIM card? I tried different ways, but the result is one, the Internet just hangs and I have to turn it off and re-enable it to work again.
A similar problem is observed for many users of this smartphone!

Sorry but you were talking about freezes. So do you have issues with the mobile internet only and only on 3G?
Unfortunately I don't follow Russian forums but here on this forum or on facebook I didn't receive any complaints about a such issue.
Please share a link of such a Russian forum topic where this issue is reported by multiple users. Also, could you tell me which carrier you use in Russia?

Beeline, Tele2.
Others also complained about the 4G. Sorry for the inaccuracy. The Internet was freezing, and not the OS itself.

I have one problem since last update. Primary I should have 4G network as I have strong signal. When I make call, phone switched to 3G or Edge (nothing unusual) but when call finish phone stay on 3G or Edge. I do not understand why. If I want to have 4G need to switch manually to 4G. This  make me upset. Everything is setup-ed automatically (no manual network selection).
