I've had the same issue. Please check the permissions of de small window application and eneble storage premission in there I've made a video about it (https://youtu.be/VOVUTJb_1Ak). I hope that this works for you.

Sorry but i still haven't got the official SPFT release (that contains the DB files) of the Nougat ROM. As soon as I get it, I'll share it. Until that, you can flash an earlier ROM, repair your IMEI numbers with its DB files, then flash the Nougat ROM or install the update.zip again.

More than a week late, I have noticed an update to Android 7 (UMI SUPER.V7.01_20170123), he can not be downloaded. Then I read on this forum about the problems of this update and I'm glad I missed it. But today he came back the same update with the same number (UMI SUPER.V7.01_20170123). Hi,

I checked 2017.1.23 it's have MDDB and can write IMEI .
You need to stay with Android 7 .I think problem is nvram partition and doesn't have same MDDB file in phone and 2017 .1.23 inside files . you can check MDDB using SP Meta tool or go settings go  about phone check base band version  it's didn't match on 2017.1.23 file inside MDDB file SN write tool or SP Meta  Will not working  mustbe the same both MDDB files . (SPFT)Try fromat all+ download or use format title  this method risk (format whole flash  and use download only and use SNwrite tool ) or downgrade Android 6 use format all+ download and use SN write tool  and  upgrade Android 7 using SPFT firmware upgrade.

For risk method SPFT go format title choice ATO format flash and format whole flash and click blue start button and after  power off phone cannot PC and wait few time finish this after descannet phone and go to download title and choice download only and click Green download button and now connect phone wait for few minutes will be finishe flash and descannet and tarn on phone
