Probably you have some error in software or in hardware.
Firstly please perform factory reset then if fault still exists use SPFT and flash full ROM.
If doesn't help you have hardware issues and you need contact to seller for solution.

Hello again! sorry to come back for the same thing! i did the factory reset, but nothing changed (i ve noticed that when it gets very warm- for example when charging- it doesn t stop vibrating, then when it gets cooler it stops). the other operation you ve recommended i have no idea how to do though. if you could help me with some specific details, it would be great. if it s too much trouble, i ll find a way thank you, have a good evening

This yellow strip is hardware issue due to overheat caused by using phone during charging. This issue is not covered by warranty.
Only one solution is to replace whole screen unit on your own expense. Whole screen you can get for around €20 - 25 on aliexpress
