i dont replace screen, i have try all methodes. with preloader,without preloader,old rom, new rom its all the same flash it normally,start normally but i cant touch it
i Have make atwrp backup before my touchscreen dont go, but on twrp i cant touch it and restore the backup
OTG don work on the london who i can try a usb mouse!

My questions was.
When you bought phone everything was fine. Then you decide update your phone with SPFT and you didn't unchecked preloader and after that this fault happened. Is that right?

I got answer from UMI engineers and they saying that there is no other tp drivers than this one's in last ROM from here. This ROM including all available tp drivers

We thinking that maybe your tp got defective during flashing or nvram partition got damage and now you should try again flash to latest ROM with format all plus download. You will loose all data and IMEI numbers but then you can restore IMEI numbers with SN writer tool, from this link

Thank you for you help and answer, i write to you I have already tried everything first only download then firmware upgrade and then format all+ download and nothing works!
But i try it again!
It not first to update or upgrade a firmware to a MTK phone, i said i have more mtk phones from other brand and had never problems to flash the phone!

You can contact to reseller for warranty but firstly return to original first software as some reseller don't recommending updates which I void warranty. Only say that the digitizer stop recognising or inaccurately recognising touches.
Or you can get new screen for €30 to €40 or buy new umi London as price here is very low €60 to €70.
