I life in Germany and never have GPS signal or 4G Connection , this is so bad.

Also UMI is not res ...

If you use two sim  cards, only slot1  use 4G, the other use 3G,(GPS) look inside because the pins, at my phone the uper pin has had only very small contact, I fix it.
I am also from G., it is not so difficult. Use Here drive for navi.

The problem is usually not with the GPS Fix! Try to navigate with it! Just enter an address in Google Maps, and start driving (or just stay at the same point). It'll say Searching for GPS every 10 seconds. Annoying

unfortunately it looks like a HW issue, the GPS antenna isn't great. however, since I was utterly frustrated I've googled around. Inspired by this video, I've done something similar with UMI Super: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDyngdY8rD8

1. remove the top plastic cover (it's a bit tricky, you will need some tools - don't worry, it's plastic, you won't break it) - video, how to teardown your Super: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMQwQ7I_CiM

2. put a few cm long, 2mm wide kitchen (silver/aluminium) foil over the GPS antenna and put back the back cover carefully (not to move the foil).

You can obviously use adhesive copper foil too, but I didn't have this time, but definitely will try that too.

Oh, the results! Much better reception, quicker lock. Still not great but fiddling a bit more with the silver/copper foil in size and placement would probably give even better results.

UMI works on GPS problem

It's confirmed that the UMI original Hard cover case interferes with GPS reception.
If you have a hard cover case (original) with silver ring around, take UMI Super out and check how GPS reception works afterwards.
With me started to work well after taking off.

Dude , its same thing! On the top of the phone on the left it says " GPS + WI FI " , this is the hardware connections ! The anttenas are on the "Cover" that doesnt not appear on the picture but is close to what you see in Umi Iron pro picture!

Just lift up the Antennas piece of metal in the way they can touch the hardware connections that you actually see on the phone" !

Yes but you see it a lot of times, then it will be normal for you and you will fix it by yourself without afraid of it!
