I have turned band 3 7 and 20 on and turned the others of and now the phone cant find my simcard and I cant reset to default now i have done factory reset it hasnt helped what can i do

To go in engineer mode you can install from the Google play store mtk engineer mode start andvthen go in mtk settings and then band mode then try both sim 1 and sim 2 menus. In those menus re enable all the bands. If it does not work turn off the smartphone remove the sim turn it on without sim turn it off again and turn it on again with the sim inserted. I hope it works otherwise I don't know the solution. Bye

I get this in engineering mode at brand mode what can i do to solve this

Try the other sim there is sim 1 and sim 2 one of the two sim should have the list of all the available bands.

this high 4G switch threshold is still problem and it drains battery alot. The phone keeps switching from 4G to 3G and back... latest update didn't fix it.
