Dear Users with such microphone problem when the mic works in every condition but not in normal phone calls. Our engineers say that, it might be a specific software bug and a solution might be worked out.
Such users please check
1. your IMEI numbers in 'Settings --> System --> About phone --> Status --> IMEI information'
2. the FOTA version in 'Settings --> System --> About phone --> Wireless Update'
Please send both IMEI numbers and your current FOTA version to ben@91umi.com with the subject "Z2 Pro microphone issue".
We'll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

I dont think that any Android version allow Dual Data, but might be wrong

The dual 4G = you can switch fast+use 4G data on both sim BUT NOT AT SAME TIME

Because i have a New Mobile Provider in my Country (Iliad) that is on 3G/4G RamShare i liked the EngineerMod option to block my device in 3G/4G instead of hdspa or GPRS/GSM that were = OFFLINE for me.

So i got the EngineerMode folder from a previous ROM of Z2 PRO and inserted in the last one, works perfectly after a reboot.
For add the folder in /system/app/ i rooted the device, i like Magisk because i can easily hide the root from Banking and Post apps that otherwise will block me from using them.

So im sharing with you all my work HERE
1) you can use SPF (download mode is enough) to flash boot.img patched for Magisk then the magisk app will see the device as rooted
2) use your prefered file-manager for root and move the EngineerMode folder to /system/app/
3) Reboot & Enjoy

This is at your own risk (0 risks if you ask me, because you can always remove the folder and flash back original boot.img)

I first treid OTA, but where I'm rooted did not work out that good freezing camera), but after installing with SP Flash Tool, had to root again (not to much work), all seem to work fine.

Hello, after further trying the new update, these are the results,
WiFi 2.4ghz now stays connected longer than before, but still very unstable, random disconnections 2 or 3 disconnections every minute.
WiFi 5ghz works fine after forgetting networks.
VoLte shows Enabled but not working
VoWiFi Enabled not working
Wireless charging, after 14 minutes the phone was red hot and had shut itself down.
Proximity sensor not working since updating from original firmware.
Dual 4G but data won't switch to other Sim after using it on first sim, can only use data connection from second sim after rebooting phone.

for shutting down the temp must be very high...more you do more damaged it will be, in plus... battery can be already pretty much damaged and you risk damage to the soldered parts.

I also had those thoughts and had decided to discard the wireless charging on this phone as it seems unusable.
I'm just hoping that they fix the other major bugs in the next update instead of releasing another camera mod.

the problem of heat can also be addressed to the wirelesss charger, if is the umidigi's one the % are higher.....the s2 lite cable charger was the hottest i ever had....

I see often the the newer wiless charger with the text that say that they do not heat up the smartphone or have temperature protection....

Hello,
I also used the charger with my wife's Iphone 8+ and it barely heats up after a full 2 hour charge, so in this case I think the problem is with the phone and not the charger
