2) Can I set up Camera App to write photos to SD card? I have installed OpenCamera App and it can write to SD card (if I turn on "Use storage access framework" setting)

Of course! I have SD card installed. It's formatted as a portable media (not as extended memory).

I also installed my sd card as TF memory. But then the camera app was not allowing me to do 13 megapixels photos. The maximum was 9 megapixels.
Is this a bug of the app? Or if I try to save the photos in the SD Card then I have to loose some information on the pics?

Please change in camera settings to 4:3 preview size and then you can use 13 MP pictures size.

Now it worked!! Great!!

I also have another question.
Does the second camera really work? The Bokeh effect doesn't seem very good. Is it a fake camera?
If the answer is no. There will be an improvement on the app to have a real use for that option?

Now it worked!! Great!!

Second camera is not fake. Second camera unit is existing and is connected to hardware also is used in software only under certain conditions.
Second camera is only to improve pictures quality especially at low light.
