I have formated many times S2 and never needed copy of nvram. I only restored IMEI numbers (manually typed in from box) , Wi-Fi address (auto generated) and always was fine.
Please format whole phone again with bootloader.
Then download whole latest ROM.
Then restore nvram data with SN writer.
Previous user complained about same issues but eventually after following my advice he restored data and fixed device.

Hello, I did it, But it did not helped (WiFi and Bluetooth are working and I am currently writing this post from the phone, imei numbers are present,/But mobile is not connecting/no service.
But here is a strange thing: I have downloaded the first firmware (20170922) and did step by step what you requested. Full format with bootloader. Download bootloader then download the rest then restore imei with snwritingtool. After this on first boot the mobile signal is returned. But then there was a message that I have only one sim card and need to set it as a data sim card to enable 4g. I did it and on the sim card switching please wait message the signal disappeared again and did not returned

Let me try to explain why I have decided to format the first time: there were no problems with the mobile signal. The problem was that there were too many force close errors and random restarts. First i have tried to factory reset without flashing. The signal was still present but force close and random restart problem did not fixed. Then I have tried to reflash with flashtool but without format (Download only). The mobile signal was still present but force close and restart problem was still present. Then I have formatted and restored imei with snwritingtool. Now the force close and restart problem is gone but the mobile signal is gone too.imei are present and WiFi/Bluetooth are working without problems and without nvram errors but mobile signal is not available/can not register on network/ can not switch sim card.... I am not excluding the possibility that it may be a hardware issue but I strongly suspect that the nvram is corrupted because before format the mobile network worked without any problems and I doubt that format could break the hardware. But it could corrupt/mess up the nvram. As I have said,  I have had similar problem with other mtk phone and I could fix it by simply formatting and reflashing nvram partition. So it is worth a try. I really did a stupid thing when forgot to backup the nvram before formatting. So please, If any of you could make a backup of nvram from your umidigi s2, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, I can not be 100% sure that it will fix the problem, But it will be worth trying.

Unfortunately nobody will give you nvram from their phones because contains their own IMEI numbers.
Are you sure that you using correct data (APDB and MDDP) in SN writer which is only compatible with one ROM version???
