Usually means not always but usually. Since we receive the most requests on the first days, some delays can happen at the beginning but every request will be processed. You still can choose to contact your seller for a replacement if you can't wait.
Yes, it's a small company, so only one person is working with this task and I'm assisting. No more human resources are available at the moment.
The faulty batch has been identified and removed from the manufacturing process.

Hello, I have already sent my umi z to gear best, because of the battery problems that swells and which heats, I have a big blue point in the center of the screen. Will the phone be changed or repaired? And for the new battery is this a new battery model?

At the moment I can wait because I'm using an old Iphone but of course I want the issue to be solved asap. I've already created a request with DX but had no reply yet from them either.

I've opened the phone to get my sim card out (the tray was stuck because of the expanded battery). Because I had it open anyway I have taken out the battery to prevent it from damaging the phone any further. Just before I opened the phone it was still working fine so I'm only in need of a new (and safe!) battery.

Can you let the affected customers here on the forum know if the replacement batteries are in stock or if that there is a leadtime?

Hi,
The battery will be replaced by a new kind of one. The screen depends on your negotiation with your seller. We don't know about the details, so unfortunately I cannot give you any useful information about it.

Are you sure for the battery because this is the answer or Gear best. So i don't want to have the same problem in the futur. Is it UMI who changes the battery? You Can confirm that the battery i will have it will be a New generation.

Day 4 and still no reply....Yes, I am patient but getting a bit annoyed now.

Just to be sure here....
- Have phone repaired/replaced....Contact seller and umidigi
- Replacement battery only......Contact only Umidigi
Correct?
