the charger is original is come along with the phone on the box the problem is from the usb that spoile the phone after i cut the usb i see 2 melting wire connected..... are you sure if i change the usb board it will comeup?

An original charger still can be defective. If not even using a different charger and USB cable fix your issue, the next step is to remove the USB board. In a worse casae the motherboard itself got damaged but I can't tell you that remotely.

The warranty granted by UMIDIGI is a fiction. The only advice you will get is that you fix it yourself. And if you demand a guarantee, they will kick you out of the forum.
UMIDIGI does not even give you a contact where you can report your problem, if you hit a dishonest store.

Yes, I have now noticed Umi's policy. They don't understand word 'warranty'.
My Super went mad, and now by the time and several factory reset, it seem to work. But I will never trust it so much that I can use it as a daily pocket phone. It is on the table with a sim that I use rarely. No mobile data connection.
Just now I have 4 years old Samsung S5 as a pocket phone with 2 g RAM, and actualy it is as fast as Super was, with same battery duration. And GPS is very accurate and camera is much better. But screen is small and I am looking for larger display phone.
I have been reading comments of S2 Pro with great interest, and it seem to be another unfinished phone from UMI, just like Super was. I don't know which phone to choose, but I know it will not be Umidigi.

i bought the usb charg board i put it but nothing has response from the phone it doesnt display  on or charge

Hi Guys,

My Umi Super was working brilliantly for about 6 months. I had bought it online from a dealer in China!!!
I am based in Ireland.

Now it is very sick.
It won't start up. I can't get it to go past recovery mode. And my computer doesn't recognise it!

I've tried many phone repair shops and they all say that the " firmware is not available".

Is there any one in the World who can help me.....
Or tell me if i would be able to get the firmware.

It was a great phone___  I miss it.

This is the firmware page here. Firmware, ROM or system software mean the same in everyday language.

But will I be able to do anything if my phone is not recognised on my computer?
