Its not a battery issue but something heats up the battery and results to the problem,you should have sent it for service,thats my humbble opinion.

Maybe I'm naive, but I'm counting on keeping the promise given on the forum by bencebacsi

Hmm, thinking now..........last 4 months and s2 and s2pro are the only new phones coming from Umidigi? Is that true? Before that there was a new phone about every month. And we know that most of those models has been dropped out from production line and there is no support any more.
Is Umidigi now pointing higher quality by making only two models? I have not followed s2 and s2pro story........., how are they working? Whats the quality?

Of course Umi/umidigi are still making phones and flooding the market.
First there was the S2,then the S2 pro....and already the S2 lite has been announced.
The software has more bugs than the average garden,umi o/s is
awful,and the quality of the photos taken by the dual? camera is mediocre
at best.

this is what i'm thinking of many chinese brands are flooding the market with new devices but poor components choice and poor ROM (with bad support)
unfortunately it's not only UMIDIGI but many brands...  (i bought many chinese devices from many brands for me, family and friends and always been disappointed so far: bugs, poor camera, fake battery capacity, poor audio, GPS not working, spywares,.... ).
