But I completely don't understand your and some users complaints.
They firstly manipulating in hardware, software etc and they requesting for support. If you send manipulated devices to Samsung, Apple etc for warranty repair firstly they charge you for diagnose because warranty is void and then you would pay for repair if you authorise repairing cost.
This is shame.
Also you bought secondhand device and now you expecting that we repair. You can come back to seller and ask him for solution.

I appreciate your time and patience, but you are wrong.Both machines are with brand firmware, and had warranty seals unviolated before u suggested me to disconnetc battery.
They were out of warranty anyway so that is not the point.
I can make you a very recent comparisson, i bought a mid range CUBOT 3 years +- 2 yearls later something got bronken and no one could listen to me during calls.
They had a dedicated email for support that guided me all the way trough troubleshooting (as you did in the forum, i appreciate that), since nothing worked, i sent the phone back to tech support (ON EUROPE!!!!!!).
After 1 week the phone was back, fully working and with new back cover(was damaged) i only payed for the shipping, 0$$ were charged for repayr, parts and shipping back.
Now that is a service i admire, and i wasn´t asking for that from umi, i just wanted tech support, someone from the brand who could really tell what was wrong, that was it.
That is why i maintain my complaint.
Thank you for all the help anyway.

I can only tell you that I never came cross to such issues with communication between umi / umidigi devices and PC. That why I thinking that you have PC, cable or some software issue after manipulation in software (root etc). Sorry for unable help you with stationary service center.

Well, i did a factory restore, so any software problems should hav been solved.Besides i rooted the phone long ago, and on last format +- 6months wasn´t even rooted.

I guess i just can´t do anything besides look at them.

If Umi can´t help me, no one else can.

Could you please use PC with XP. Uninstall all drivers, install only provided with ROM under ROM section, also latest SPFT version or provide in with ROM. Then try flash switched off phone.
If fail again please keep phone connected and SPFT started to upload firmware, press and hold power button until phone switch off (around 10 seconds, hard reset)
Maybe this will help you.
I still don't understand why your phone going to recovery or factory mode when you press and hold only volume rocker.
Please test those buttons. If test pass then test button again under changing because maybe in USB port, cable or charger you have some short.
To test buttons please open phone dialler and type in *#*#33#*#*  -  single test - key make sure under single click one button only respond.

Hey Marcin,
Quick update, i just did a FW upgrade on a Super of a friend of mine.
It all worked perfectly on my system, power off, drivers installed, SPFT ready, connect phone, bam!! phone recognized and uploading.
So the problem is, as i initialy though, from my phones that aren´t detected by PC either on or off.
And there is nothing i can do about it. So i´m selling my phones while they still work.

Hi,
Please can you help me.
My UMI Super is dead. I tried to root it,  Iam on Android version 7, I started SPF annd tagged only recovery, it said that it was sucess, but when  I started my phone the touch screen went crazy, I put another recovery but the problen still. I then flashed 20170607_c239v55_kw_u1, I have the same issue. I even tried to flash an old 20160616_c239v55_kw_u1, still the same. then today I put annother recovery (twrp3.02) and the phone died. Now itis not recogniised by my PC. Please can you help me. Thank you !

Thank Marcin for your link.although it didn't help. I tried to flash according to the instructions in the Community but
the telefon the flashing process come to 56% and stopped, the phone went black/dead. Now when I connect my UMI Super to the PC it gåes a melody that its engaged and not engaged to PC its still dead.
Can you please Marcin give me clear instruction who can I return my UMI Super to normal again.
