I appreciate your time and patience, but you are wrong.Both machines are with brand firmware, and had warranty seals unviolated before u suggested me to disconnetc battery.
They were out of warranty anyway so that is not the point.
I can make you a very recent comparisson, i bought a mid range CUBOT 3 years +- 2 yearls later something got bronken and no one could listen to me during calls.
They had a dedicated email for support that guided me all the way trough troubleshooting (as you did in the forum, i appreciate that), since nothing worked, i sent the phone back to tech support (ON EUROPE!!!!!!).
After 1 week the phone was back, fully working and with new back cover(was damaged) i only payed for the shipping, 0$$ were charged for repayr, parts and shipping back.
Now that is a service i admire, and i wasn´t asking for that from umi, i just wanted tech support, someone from the brand who could really tell what was wrong, that was it.
That is why i maintain my complaint.
