To be honest, I feel trolled by this company...
UMI Plus was first presented as a flagship, then we noticed the mediocre camera and the unusable GPS....but we kept going...
...Then, they announced to have released the Nougat update...but no actual update was delivered or it is accessible by UMI PLUS users three days later...
I mean...UMI how much more do you think we can take of this?...

Guys I have talked to UMI. They said the OTA Nougat update for UMI Plus has been released & will come in phases. So just have patience. Here is the link to the screenshot.
Umi is too concentrate to male new phone (now UMI Z).
But there's no a Real develeopment about software on the phone. For example the problems that you report is not definitely resolved.
Another curious thing is the accesories:the original screen protector doesn't fit perfectly; a curious format of type C cable and Umi doesn't sell It. Umi doesn't have direct contact with customers (for assistance in warranty We should send phones ever to the seller.)
But never might what you buy incase any fault you always returning devices to seller as seller is taking responsibility of product which selling and then contacting to factory for repair or replacement if can't find solution. This is happening on all world everyday with all brands.
I will not risk to brick my phone just to get it updated.
You can keep insisting on the fact that we can flash the phone but the average user won't do that. UMI made a mistake, an other...you announced the OTA update and now you are say we have to flash...a simple apology would have been appreciated but you guys keep insisting on the flash like if the mistake is ours. You have a long way to go to become a credibile company...
