Please flash whole ROM to your device every box needs to be CHECKED and please choose FIRMWARE UPDATE.
If this option not help you I would advice you to flash your whole ROM to oldest version from this link http://community.umidigi.com/thread-4279-1-1.html use exactly same method as above.
Hopefully in one of those ROMs you find correct tp driver and your phone star working.

The Old Rom i have Flashed 1 week ago and not work is the same no one Rom work!

And all boxes was checked on SPFT?
I spoke with Ben and this latest ROM should include all tp drivers version.
We try contact to engineers to confirm this information and try find solution.
But don't expect quick respond.

Engineers didn't reply to me yet.
Did you maybe replaced screen on your device?  Could you confirm that all this issues started after update your phone through to SPFT and you don't unchecked preloader?
