It's 164g (check the official specs page), not 145 so the difference is just 21g. Although the Li-Po battery in RN3 is lighter than a LI-Ion one but it also has a shorter lifetime. Moreover, Redmi Note 3 has no quick charging capability that needs extra electronics in UMI Super's battery. You can charge up the battery of a UMI Super at least two times faster.
