As I see, you're getting nervous again. Anyway, jo@jo1234 is a gentlewoman, new to here but works for UMI in their office. She is very kind and smart but needs to get experienced.
I'm sure you know that, a hardware in your hands cannot get improved from the factory. However the software side of Iron and Iron Pro is still in development.
I'm still waiting an answer after I wrote to UMI Customer Service about UMI IRON software update.
I also show him this Web Page http://www.umidigi.com/?page-UMIIRON_Jarvis.html where they put CM11 Logo on the bottom of the page...this is a misleading advertising and a fraud for consumers!
Dear jo@jo, if you really work for Umi, please suggest to your "marketing manager" to solve problem on your "old" devices before developping new ones, again and again...!
this is crucial if you want to compare with WW market!
you can make mistake but you've to find a real solution to solve it ... Right now you're launching a scorched Earth campaign!
i own a umi iron since August 2015 and it got only a small update after a few days! i like thw smartphone very much but is has its issues which have been written in previous comments! you shoud support more your devices not only a few of them! i would like to have for example UMI Z but no money for a new phone! just give it Android 6! its ridiculous that it hasnt been upgraded at least at this android version!
so when you dont support your devices why buying again from you? dont i have a point?
