It is true and very annoying (there are two camera applications), also because the updated version does not have the "PRO" mode and does not allow you to manually set the ISO, shutter speed, white balance, etc. .
Instead there is the possibility of choosing video compression, which is not bad.
But for the photos we are in bad shape.
You have to improve the camera software a lot, so it doesn't look good.

We also await the introduction of Widewine L1 because currently, with these firmware, the S3 PRO is Widewine L3 and does not show videos of Netflix, amazon prime videos and others at resolutions higher than 480p (it stops at 480p).
So you can't watch videos at 720p or 1080p (and above) ... and it's a shame because the hardware you used supports the Widewine L1 standard.

I updated to UMIDIGI S3 Pro V1.0_20190606 16 or 17 days ago. Then for 2 days the freeze was gone. Then it came back worse the before. But then the big surprise, the freeze disappeared again after another 2 or 3 days and didn't came back until now. In between I changed nothing (without the automatic updates for apps). It's really puzzling!

But there is another little bug. The build number is not the same consistently. As you can see the Bild-Nummer has not changed in the "Über das Telefon"-menu:

Umidigi whatsapps photo problem!

The photo taken in Whatsapp is not "what you see and what you get". It is actually taken in more wide angle and move away from the center toward right bottom corner.  See the attached photos, Umidigi, please fix this camera issue!
(It is too complicate to send the bug to you using bug report page, too ccomplicate to make the mktlog)

Hi,
I just got my Umidigi S3 Pro on AliExpress and it got delivered to me yesterday, i unboxed it and haven't installed any app on it yet and am already having problems with the touch screen. I don't know what's the problem, i've tried to check the settings in the phone for the touch sensor or touch sensitivity in other to reduce the sensitivity.
Literally the phone just operates itself without me clicking any icon on it..please i need a solution to this problem because presently i can not use my Umidigi S3 Pro.

Pls I just got umidigi S3 Pro yesterday and the screen is freezing, I can barely operate the phone.. It literally operates itself.. Please help me out with a solution, am new here.. Or if there's any step I need to follow, am willing to take.. Please help out ASAP... Thanks
