@bencebacsi , Am From Nigeria And Bought my Umidigi one pro on Aliexpress and Am having an Identical Issue with Like @p0w3r, My Phone was 97% when It just go off when I tried to receive A Phone Call, It is completely Dead, It Cannot Turn On But keep showing Red Charging Led When Plugged in on charge and The Light will never change to green even left on charge for the whole day, I Have tempered with the Warranty by Taking the phone to A Repair Shop which they Unscrew the phone and check but unfortunately, they were unable to detect the issue, Please do Anyone have A Solution to it or know how I Can contact someone to help me out? My Umidigi One Pro worked normally for some time, but now is restarting in a loop, it boot normally but  it in the system is restarting all the time, just put it to sleep already its a reason to restart, already tried flash other roms, but the problem is repeated in all

If you do not use the right wireless charger, the phone will heat up causing battery damages among other things. I used a cheap wireless charger and it took 3+hours. The charger heat up and heating up the phone. I removed the case to wireless charge and the phone heat up, almost damaging my phone. The battery was at 50 and it negatively charge to 37%. Good thing I caught it on time. This is to help people not making this mistakes. I used a higher quality charger and it charge much faster in like 1hours and 30minutes.

I did a factory reset and the option to put "wifi off during sleep" in wifi is gone. Please add this option in wifi. Battery drain 6% in 12 hours standby because of mobile network on standby. I can reduce battery drain to 3% in 12hours standby by going to apps, android system app, then battery and turn off background when not in use. This option reset when system restart.
Plus it might reduce system functionality such as notification.

The intelligent standby option in battery is worthless. It only trick the meter into looking like there is no battery drain. Turning on the phone after long standby and wait for a few minutes and the meter drain 4-6 instantly. I have this option on some phone and it does exactly the same thing.

NFC triggered during wireless charge causing random press when screen is on, triggering apps and screen press.

Did 200 images Bluetooth transfer and 1 failed. There might be Bluetooth connectivity issues but that might be overthinking it.

Please add options to reduce brightness even lower to save battery.

Add android pie too please. Brand names company have larger consumer base because of good customer support and software updates. Once you lose trust no amount of advertising and pr will help. Thanks.

Hi. So i did a stupid thing and format+download in spft. ever since then my one pro has been restarting randomly the browser apps crash and some apps refuse to open also fingerprint option is gone. I only had this phone for about 2 weeks and its a nice phone don't get me wrong but its unusable if it keeps restarting and crashing by itself any help or do i need to throw away 186 dollars worth of carbon fiber and glass?

There is a bug with battery software. Sometimes,  I can wirelessly charge in 1.5 hours and sometimes it took 2-3 hours. Whenever there is some features such as standby intelligent power saving or duraspeed features turned on, it drained a lot of battery in standby.
It's like something is running in background draining battery on idle. Please update with options to be able to turn off wireless during sleep in wifi settings.

Also, umidigi only has 4g in United states. Even though the phones support the lte bands, phones cannot run at lte speed in united states. I think that umidigi phones will not be popular in united states because of this and the lacks of updates for bug fix doesn't help.
