My favorite features of the One Pro are the stereo speakers and the wireless charging.  I have one One on order and look forward to getting it.

Firstly I want apologies for all your inconvenience.
Unfortunately as Ben mentioned you are first people which got devices and we can't test this here.
For certification problems please try perform factory reset, set as new device after restating and check for OTA updates.
Please let is know about results.

EIS is electronic image stabilisation so there is nothing to do with brightness balance.
Probably camera brightness balance needs few software tweaks.
This will be fixed in next updates.
Other stuff we can discuss later.

I factory reset twice and set up as new device, but still its not working. Also i did try and tweak the brightness but still when EIS is on, it is very dark the image, it is a software bug. I am tiered of Umidigi sending out devices that are full of bugs, and as a result of the phone constantly restarting every 10-30 min of usage it is impossible to use. I answer phone call and it crashes, i open app and it crashes, i put the device to charge and it crashes. I this is not fixed by the end of next week i will return this phone and buy from a different company.

So I have updated today via OTA, but I still have these issues:
-Wireless charging not working properly
-EIS on camera is not working the image just goes very dark
-Device is not certified and as a result NFC payments will not work

To get Google certificate after OTA update you need sometimes perform factory reset.
Firstly please delete Google account, perform DRM reset, power off and on phone and set Google account, if still is uncertified you need perform factory reset and all will be good.
Other bugs will be fixed in next updates

- Please tell us some details about your wireless charging issues.
- The shutter speed control and EIS can't work together. Your videos with EIS will be dark only in low light conditions, where you even get a low frame rate due to the low shutter speed, so using EIS in such conditions is pointless.
- About the GMS certificate, please follow Marcin's instructions.

The bokeh effect is already existing on Umidigi One and One pro. There is name changed to "Stereo"
We collecting and investigating other highlighted by users bugs.

I followed Marcin's instructions, but the device is still uncertified, so I returned it for a replacement.
