Computer can only supply 0,5A so charging can take full night or more.
Maybe you have issues with genuine USB cable and new one which you purchased is supporting only charging.
Did you check in windows settings?

it happens the same with all cables.  they are supporting not only charging. i can use the phone as storage

Did you press download and then connect switched off phone to the computer?
Please try with different computer or if you have pc with xp, vista system you can try too.
I never had problems on Windows 10 but some users struggling with latest Windows.

I am having issues with using Android Auto and the S2 Lite. My car does support Android Auto, as it worked with my old phone. Now I tried plugging in the S2 Lite, on the car it comes up with the message your phone is connected to the car, but I doesn't come up on the car screen. Also usually when you plug in a new phone, a dialog box appears asking to download Android Auto app on the phone, but this has not come. I have reset my phone and also tried reinstalling the system software, but still the issue is not fixed.

Please go to car dealer and update radio software.
There is new software available for Hyundai Tucson.
I will test my testing device in next few days so I let you know.
