The problem is any time during the day and the night.

Yes, I checked for updates and it says I have the latest version. I've attached a screenshot.

I have also attached a screen shot of the About Phone data.

Any help would be great.

Thanks for screenshots.
Did you perform factory reset?
If doesn't help please flash complete ROM with SPFT.
If still not helping unfortunately something happened with hardware and you shout contact to seller for warranty.
