Bluetooth isn't good like you said.
Notifications work if you allow apps startup - settings->permission management->App startup management.
But skype notifications is only sound and number on icon - doesn't show on lock screen and action centre.

My bluetooth is ok, not great range but about the same as my old Xiaomi (about 3 m). All my notifications work, but I don't use Skype. Camera seems ok to me. Its all much better since installing the basic unofficial ROM.

Update. Everything is ok, except Gmail notifications still do not work because the app is still cleaned even when on whitelist. I think whatsapp is also cleaned but notifictions seem to still work. Its very annoying because I never know if I have email until I open gmail and get them all at once.. Might have to try using another email app.

Another update. As with all product forums, we only hear things when the product isn't working, so thought I'd just add an update that after the basic unofficial rom flashing, my phone is still working great. No big problems - only gmail and whatsapp are always cleaned in background, other apps are fine... I have no idea why. Everything else so far is good. Soon I am going to try OTG USB devices, I will update when my adaptor arrives.

Nobody else sense a lack of precision in the touchscreen, mainly near the left and right bezel?
Does your whatsapp work well? Mine lags a lot every time

Nope I have used the Moto z and oneplus 5 they all worked great without any problem with ram management even that the Moto z has 4gb ram
