fingerprint issue

we need a fix if i cant use the fingerprint reader than ill send the phone back and get an elephone

As you mentioned, your fingerprint sensor was working until you formated your device. Unfortunately this is not covered by warranty.

If your hardware is not damaged, I would recommend start from scratch, format with bootloader, download only preloader, download rest of partitions, set phone from scratch (don't restore any apps etc) set fingerprint samples and test before installing any apps etc. If doesn't work, open phone caller type in *#*#3646633#*#* single test - fingerprint

Alternately you can do that in factory mode. Press power button and vol down. button while turning it on. > item test > fingerprint.
PS: mine still doesn't work.

Not th recovery menu. Vol up will get you recovery menu and vol down will get you factory mode where you can test your hardware.

Meaby I have to do something with Nvram partition??? I did with SP Flashtool,but I have always error...
