For me:
- launcher raise exception opening wallpaper options
- bokeh option crashes camera
Even it it's clean, there still are about 25 build-in extra apps...

At the end this "s2 pro" it's a delusion...
My OnePlus One, with 1/2 ram and battery... Is smoother and faster than it (last but not the list, running Oreo)

For me fingerprint works... To me it seems that standard build (V2.0.0 and V2.0.10) have a most accurate unlock (10 on 10, faster) now I am experiencing 8/10 success and it keeps about 0.4" longer to activate the screen once it vibrate...

The Google Pixel launcher is a simple app, you can't really customize it. However, now you can install and use your own launcher.

Hi,
You have contacted. UMI OS systems are protected by Efuse partition protection, that makes it impossible to flash patched boot and recovery images. So rooting by any method is not possible.

Yes, you can flash the official ROM anytime again and the basic edition also will receive updates but only in flash tool format. Currently I have no information about how the official releases will change in the future.

The Efuse protection makes it impossible to get root access by any way. That's impossible to remove the Efuse protection via USB connection.
