You really don't buy a chinese phone for it's amazing Camera performance. Almost all chinese phones  ...

It has "
SONY Flagship Dual-lens camera
" as they say on their official web site. If they said it takes photos like 7 years old iphone 4 and it captures 14 fps slideshow instead of video there would not be any questions to them.

1. Open camera does not support ISO regulation during video capturing. That is why I always have d ...

1. ISO is related to photography and in digital cameras that's just a virtual value, since the digital sensor is always the same, you cannot replace it by a more sensitive one. So it's about just digital ampplification and Open Camera can handle it. Not the shutter speed.
2. Actially that's not the case. You can record 30fps videos with Open Camera. The slower shuttter speed reduces the frame rate. Simply non-captured frames won't be encoded.
3. I couldn't test it but I don't know why someone would use a relatively expensive camcorder app on this phone.

Hi,
Thank you for the update.

You can try to format the whole flash chip (except the bootloader) starting on the format tab, then flash your phone again, but you might have an unrepairable hardware issue. Also try to flash your phone with using another computer.

Yeah well, always take marketing pictures/talk with a huge bag of salt. Especially with cheap chinese phones! Just look at reviews instead of the manufacturers website.

Hi, So I tried this one. Formating then reinstalling it.

Well no success with it, after using the phone for around 30 min it starts againg apps crashing and restarts - so the same.

Now it started some new thinks.
It does not recognize any network, it asks for SimCard pin, but does not connect to network.
Also not to 4G/3G network. I tried  3 different SIMs with 3 different operators. All are having the same behaiviour.

My main SimCard works fine on UMI Crystal.

Sometimes after like 3'rd restart it will find the network, but not for long.
After some time it disconnects from network.

I noticed that without SIM it works better, at least there are no restarts.

1. You are right, ISO is just a digital ampplification. I can change it in open camera, and I see the difference in the preview window. But when I hit the record button all iso changes become their default values. And the video become darker than I see it in the preview window.
2. 30 fps is for 1080p only. If you take 4k video you will see 14 fps 2160i (not 2160p!). Just open footage video in Premiere Pro and you will see that.
3. There are a lot of free versions of this app on 4pda.

I have the same problem as yours.i updated to the latest release 23/11 and my phone began to crash apps and restart every couple of hours so i decided to go back to 27/10 using SP flash tool and here began the real nightmare, can't make or receive calls, internet in 4G works fine and i can even send and receive sms. sometimes i can make calls where there is only 3G network but i cant  do it in manual, if i do choose 3G only i loose connection and i have to restart the phone in order to get it back.

Edited by Formula1 at 2017-12-15 20:59 \n\nBefore using SPFT I did a factory reset from recovery and in flash tool I choose format all + download. I lost the imei numbers .using SnWriter I restored them but not MEID number its still showing zeros. I bet that's the problem , but I can't find it anywhere unless the IMEI and MEID are the same. Now my sim can register in 4G network I can use internet in LTE and I can send and receive sms but not 3G which is used for phone calls.
