e che potrebbe dipendere da qualche applicazione. io posso elencarvi tutte quelle che ho disattivato.

Hi, I have a UMIDIGI C NOTE 2 as you but mine does not ever restart on its own. I see that many have this big problem
  and that may depend on some application. I can list all those I have disabled.

Hi Remao,

Thank you for thinking along. I already disabled quite a few apps. But I put "Clone", " FreeShare" and "QuickTouch" in the Freezer. So I could not disable those three.
I did that now, so let's hope that is going to be the solution for the constant hanging of different apps and the spontaneous restarts from time to time.

This being said, I do believe that Umidigi is supposed to deliver an OS, where it would not be necessary to disable half of the apps that are already installed on the phone, in order to get a stable device that does not shut down on its own and that allows you to use it constantly, without having to wait untill an app stops freezing all of a sudden.

Well, disabling the apps mentioned by Remao did not solve the problem. Still the phone hangs and shuts down all of a sudden.

@Umidigi
Please come up with a firmware release that does not have this issue, or give us a good way to root our devices, so we can install a standard Android version without any bloatware whatsoever!

Well, I did root my phone and removed all apps I don't need. But still the same problem persists. The phone hangs occasionally, certain apps (no particular ones, just different apps randomly) shut down and need to be restarted, the phone just reboots out of the blue.

I would really like to get to the bottom of this, to figure out what is causing this behaviour. I more or less ruled out the pre-installed apps, so it has to be either a hardware failure or a system failure. Is there any way to figure out what is happening?
I've tried some logging apps, but these don't seem to bring me any useful information.

I will not send my phone back to the seller, because that will cost me almost as much as I had to pay to get the phone in the first place. So I would really like to try and solve it myself, together with the community. As I understand, I am certainly not the only person with this problem, so I believe a solution should be provided by Umidigi.

Umidigi, please get back to your comminity with some answers / solutions for the problems a lot of your users are experiencing!
Last weekend my phone crashed completely and kept hanging in a boot loop. I had to re-install the complete ROM, which means I lost all my data and settings. This is getting very frustrating!
