FOTA and OTA zip file is exactly the same files only difference is that with OTA zip file you need place your zip file manually on first page of phone memory.

Then download upgrade to your phone.
When is done you can use computer or phone
Phone type
Go to apps list open file manager - internal storage - download - search for you new file, cut and come back to internal storage and paste.
Then go to settings - about phone - wireless update - press three dots on top right corner - local update - internal storage - and pick your file and upgrade.
Why you push adroid 7 on FOTA, when everything is look not good. Today it took me 5 hours to charge my phone. Unbelievable! You push android 7 just to say "Hey we have nougat , We are UMI". First time UMI never UMI again. For exemple the same XIAOMI models for halfe price. Why we paid for quick charge?
