The problem was that with both A6 A7.
System reset to change a ringtone?

To me, that sounds like you have the ring tone on the SD card, and not on internal storage (the SD card gets mounted after ring tone is set by the OS). But you say you don't even have an SD card in the phone?

you A7 or A6? It can poorly established A7. Make a factory reset and check, and can even interfere with extraneous program associated with music

This is a drastic solution. Why is needed factory reset? The problem is present from the first day, without installing third-party apps.... how come with a reboot works? how come with notifications instead there are no problems?
To you it works the change of the ringtone?

You probably have your music files stored on both the sd card and the internal storage and you always set the one stored on the sd card without realizing that fact. I suggest you to set your ringtone in the sound settings (not from the misuc player) and use there a file browser instead of the Media Storage, so you'll be able to freely brows your drives.

I'm using poweramp music player to set the ringtone (it will automatically save the mp3 file into the ringtone folder on the internal memory even if you pick it from your sd card, it won't change back after reboot but remain.)
