Ok, from the start. Tks for the patience by the way.As I told before, i have 2 umi supers one it w ...

I nearly don't believe that two same devices cannot connect to PC.
I suspecting driver on PC issues.
Could you please check drivers (uninstall and install drivers) maybe use different PC and test. Please use different USB cable, different USB port,
Please forget about SuperSU and firstly focus on firmware installation.
Unfortunately there is no rooting process provided for latest firmware.

Yess, at the current moment i just want to be able to connect it and flash the new rom, i don´t care about the root anymore.
As I told you, tried 3 different Pcs several cables, UMI originals and other good quality cables, xiaomi cables with type C adaptor you name it.
I never get connection.
"I suspecting driver on PC issues."
If it was drivers problem, at least I would have device unrecognized or something similar in device manager, nothing comes up, not even the new hardware or the normal hardware sound notification.

Hey again, this case is getting tough Well as i told you before, 2 cellphones, 2 simmilar cases.
I used to be able to connect it to pc and transfer files from/to cellphone.
Connection to pc was allways simple and flawless, but a few months back it stopped to connect to pc (Only charging no phone browsing downloading or file transfer) and i thought it were software issues so i dint gave it much attention, in my mind, one of these days I would flash it with latest release and all would be ok.
"Phone is working only you don't have connection to SPFT."
Isn´t it supposed to connect to pc, and disconnect right after, even if SPFT is not waiting for the connection?
I mean, I don´t even get a pop up of hardware detection on windows, either with phone ON or OFF.

"I wondering do you have connection to PC when phone is unlocked?

Regarding this, when you do a factory restore, after language and wifi select it asks for the last gmail account it was on phone.
You need to put last owners´s credentials, or flash the phone trough SPFT and make a clean Android installation.
That is what i ment.
There is a topic somewhere here regarding that.

Umi doesn't have repairing centre. Whole support is done by sellers. If they have problems then they contacting directly to headquarter. Unfortunately users / customers can't contact directly to headquarter and request repair, refund or replacement.
Maybe try some local smartphone repairing centre.

I will do that.
I now understand what other users say when they mean "terrible support".
What a shame, the phone is quite good, and good materials.
I was considering purchasing the S2 but i will get out of UMI right away.
