They transfer you here to perform simple things first and if you need warranty help then seller taking full responsibility.
Please switch off and reboot your phone (don't use "restart" option). If touch completely not working please press and hold power button for around 10s until phone switch off.
Then test phone.
Please perform factory reset if fault still existing, you can use OTG adapter and PC mouse.
Otherwise you need use PC, SPFT and flash full ROM.

My UMI Plus E phone screen got cracked, and its been malfunctioning. How can you help with the original screen? I am in Nigeria, Africa. How can you help urgently? Also, its own usb charger is not firm on it at the port.

hi guys, i dropped my phone accidently ,,, but there was no scratches or shattering of screen , phone is not even on/off, no vibration anything, but when it is charged the red light on the top glows, nothing else working , what might be the problem.

Please press and hold power button for around 10 seconds. If nothing changed you need disassemble phone and check for loose contact. Also you can disconnect and reconnect battery after few minutes.

HI tried that , but no changes seen , same black screen , mobile is not on / off,

Before that my original charger got tampered and i was using with naked wires , i.e white, red, black, green on the usb side of charger ,,, is there any chance that when any of those naked wires touched each other and then the black screen problem started ?? If so what part of the mobile is under problem and which part should i change to make the phone work  please help me. looking forward to your reply.

In this situation I can suspect main hardware damage (motherboard) but to test you need second device and swap one by one hardware to test which one is damaged.
