Umi super battery problem/ problema na bateria.

Was there any answer to the battery problem from UMI customer support?

I have the same issue with my UMI super bought in August 2016. Since 2 weeks the battery goes down from 50% to 0% within few minutes. I started to charge it in off modus and the battery went to 18% charged. Then I switched on the phone and the battery level was at once at 78%. What is the solution here dear customer support? I'm running on Android 7.

Exactly how my phone started behaving. Soon after, I started seeing discoloration of the screen. The battery had started swelling. I ordered a new battery from AliExpress, but unfortunately, the battery had swollen to the point where it push so hard on the screen that it cracked, about a week before the battery arrived (even if I had the phone switched off). If you need a new battery I can send it to you for €10 + p&p - I guess it's faster than AliExpress at least.

I'm getting the same problem, last few days only. Gets to 40% and wham, drops to zero straight away.

Is there a particular battery that people would recommend?

Just take your pick among the offerings on AliExpress. I guess they're basically the same. Even if I've seen some marked with a 10% higher capacity than the original.
Make sure to disassemble your phone now and take out the battery. If not, it may cause damage to other parts of your phone before you get the replacement from the supplier.

before I changed my battery I had sometimes battery before sleeping 80% and in the morning 0% (phone switch off).
I think that it's bad battery so I changed it, but it happened twice same. From when I switched off fingers scans it's ok. I'm afraid that I will never been using finger scanner because.

Of course this could be hardware fault but you should flash system with SPFT to remove all errors. To do this please follow this SPFT instruction

I have a problem with my battery, the smartphone is taking for example 2 hours to charge 20% the cable and the load I am using are the originals.

I have already reset the factory and still continue.
Smartphone stayed like this from one day to the next.

Please change USB cable.
Also please install 3c battery widget and check charging current.
