Hi, one question about what you say. So, if the sensor doesn't act OK, it's a hardware problem? Because this would mean that many of the Max phones have faulty hardware, since people are complaining about this issue. This is a major problem, if what you say is true.

Yes, it's most probably a hardware related issue but I cannot check your own phone remotely. I don't know about many such complaints. Could you please share your source about that?

If you search the threads of this forum you would find many complaints about fingerprint not working or misbehaving.

I appreciate your continuous support and help, but please don't try to tell us that people are not complaining about the fingerprint of Max. I've read the Max-related forums almost every day and I've seen a lot of people reporting these issues.
