Don't forget use SPFT and choose firmware upgrade and check all boxes. Of course you lose all data on your device.
Let me know what is happening.

no error, it flashed normally and the phone boot up and i see the screen its all ok but only i cant touch because the touch dont work!

touch screen responding but verry incorrectly , in the start screen i cant choose the language sometimes when if i can do it and i want to chose the green arrow for next response!
dont know whats this, i have 3 mtk phones and never had problems with them when i flash it for firmware update!

Definitely there is problem with tp driver. When you flash your system firstly you didn't unchecked preloader and new system wipe tp driver and replace with wrong one.
I don't have access to different tp drivers only this one which are on this forum. I hope that soon we will get new software with correct tp driver.
Ok we need start again from scrap.
You need try update system to latest ROM from this link http://community.umidigi.com/thread-5744-1-1.html.
If you can't update please use only preloader file and flash you device (check only preloader bix).
And me know what is happening with your phone
