I think that was a bad joke.
So far I have not found further information that indicate that there will be CM13 for UMi Super.

My question to the UMI Team
- What's happening?
- Is there still support for the UMi Super?
- Will there be CM13 for UMi Super?
- Are you still working at the camera problem?

This news seems to be true (officially confirmed) but the outcome is not known yet. UMi has been contracted with a professional developer team (their name is not for the public yet), that's working on a CM13 ROM for UMi Super.
We'll come back with concrete information in the near future. Until that I sincerely ask for your patience.

Before pre-sale one atitude, after UMI sold the units other atitude. This is the end of the company.

its only just over a month since the last update, give them a chance,
at about two months i'll be expecting it,
after three i'll be wondering,
after four call me a sucker

of course there's no guarantee any update will solve the phones most pressing problems!

The Rom is already out. 2 different builds as a matter of fact . Their is also a Resurrection Remix rom available too.
