I have tried almost everything, ans nothing works... We are some customers with the same problem.

May be the app fprintma is stopped. Try to start It again in settings.

The fprintma doesn't star ...
I have tried everything: flash, gavtory reset, etc...
We some people with thé same problem.

Unfortunately, I think fingerprint scanners are very gimmicky on most Chinese phones.  I haven't found one that works properly.  My Umi Super works for the first time after calibration.  Then it won't recognize it again after that.  Yes, I've tried updating the firmware and flashing the phone.  This is the same exact problem for a previous phone with fingerprint scanner.  Don't expect it to work 100% of the time is what I've learned.

My phone worked perfect. Now after last update two hrs ago it just stopped working. I can see the option but it just doesnt work. It doesnt do anything when I touch it, doesnt vibrate, and if I try to add a new fingerprint it doesnt recognize my finger... its just like dead.

I repeat, it happened after todays update... what can I do?

There is nothing to do. I tried everything and the bug stays.
A lot of umi touch owners are un the same situation.
But Umi doesn't seem to care about it...
