My actions:
1) launched SP_Flash_Tool

After an unsuccessful flashing, keep your phone connected, start again the download, then press and hold the power button until the flashing process gets started. Then as soon as you see the red progress bar, release the power button and see what happens.

Yes, I tried Open Camera and A Better Camera and got the same results.

did everything as you wrote. when you press the power button after 5 seconds, a window appears with the error 0xC0010001. There is no red boot bar.
if you remove the cable from the phone and then reinsert it, the port is disconnected in the COM3 device manager, but an unknown USB device appears (device descriptor failure). When you press the power button on the phone for another 5 seconds, the COM3 port appears again, which is constantly on, then off, as at the beginning
