Percentage showed immediately even without reboot.

I don't have the rights to create a new thread so i am posting my question here

i am trying to get a Verizon cdma sim working on the F1.  i can get talk and text working but Internet either doesn't work or stops working.  I think the problem is that I need to set the APN to something other than the default.    my issue is that the APN settings menu for the Verizon sim does not appear in the Mobile Networks menu item.  it does appear for an AT&T sim that i put into sim slot 2 though.

I'm having issues with some apps on the phone(crashes) after update so I tried to hard reset it, it asks for my pin , I typed it and I get a message that the System app crashes.

I also tried to hard reset it though power it on with VOL UP + Power but I get the message no commands found.

Can you please help?

I love the phone and don't want to return it.

hello I just bought the umidigi F1. Very good smartphone, but on the other hand it is oas days (security of January 2019), no security update since the release of the product. Last question, why are there 2 menus for updates (that of Umidigi and that stock of Google)? Why do they leave as many smartphones but abandon the software part?

Does anyone know this brand well could explain to me? thank you in advance.

Good Afternoon, since the last update the phone constantly stops  responding to the touch. Only by pressing the side button to go the standby and pressing again leave standby mode it starts responding again. This can happen while using any app.

I have purchased this phone and I was so excited, it is indeed powerful ! BUT what is a phone with a terrible speaker ?

1- the phone has a very low quality speaker exactly similar to Samsung Galaxy M20,(the sound is very flat and sharp, that it actually hurts my ears, and it has no depth at all)

2- after your update, the speaker has a big buzz sound, seems that you have increased the PCM levels to make the volume so high but instead it became terrible and unusable advice, keep using the speakers of Umidigi ONE (They are GREATTTTT) or at least Umidigi power (lower than Umidigi one but they are still ok ) I\\\'m returning both Umidigi power (for other problems i posted on your forum) and Umidigi F1 Play
