Edited by zgf at 2015-12-24 03:34 \n\nSorry for your problem (you bought the phone but its main functions don't work).I'm just trying to summerize, supposidely you tried all the listed combinations:

- You have tried several SIM cards, from different operators, that work on other phones
- You have tried both SIM 1 and 2

- You can make Emergency calls but cannot send/receive SMS and cannot make ' normal' call or receive a call.
Btw, for Emergency calls you should not need SIM card at all.

- I suppose Internet over mobile data doesn' t work either

- You say APN is correct.
Btw, for calls and  SMS you don' t need APN (you need only for mobile data aka PS)

- Have you tried disabling automatic network selection, and when you turn to manual, does it show your operators networks?

- You have tried bencebacsi's unbricking methods but no avail. He also did not have further advices for your problem

- You said that phone shows mobile stations. How did you test, I suppose, you installed a dedicated app like Qualcom Eng Mode or something alike

- IMEIs are original and correct

I think your best bet is to insist on dispute on Aliexpress. Insist on full refund, or at least for replacement product. Don't hesitate to start immediately, it may take time and seller may try to beg you in bad English, "Sorry my dear friend. Try this or that..." etc.

Even if UMI support in the mean time resolves your problem, you can halt a disputing process.

Sorry for not having better suggestions for your troubles

- Have you tried disabling automatic network selection, and when you turn to manual, does it show your operators networks?  -ofc, nothing happened

- You have tried bencebacsi's unbricking methods but no avail. He also did not have further advices for your problem - i restored the ESF backup, and the whole TWRP backup too

- You said that phone shows mobile stations. How did you test, I suppose, you installed a dedicated app like Qualcom Eng Mode or something alike  -no i did not install any program to test it because the phone found the stations so the network signal level is normal, just the calling is not working. (i just tested only with this: *#*#4636#*#*, to turn off and back the radio and try to change the network settings, but it didn't help)

thank you so much, i think i have to begin the dispute procedure with the aliexpress reseller. ofc i'm wating the support's answer, and i'll inform you what is happening
